The agreement between us.

1. Who we are

Casa Daily is operated by Casa Intelligence Pty Ltd (Australia), the same entity that operates the casaintelligence.com.au property intelligence platform. By using Casa Daily you agree to these terms.

2. What you're paying for

A Casa Daily subscription gives you access to a daily curated brief of South-East Queensland REA listings ranked for development potential, plus dashboard tools (Snapshot intelligence, Casa AI conversation, DA Pathway preview, saved listings, pipeline) for properties of your choosing. Subscriptions are A$500/month or A$4,800/year, billed via Stripe.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from the Stripe Billing Portal in your account. On cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Annual subscribers can request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of initial payment if Casa Daily has not delivered material value (defined as: at least seven daily briefs received, or no listings matched in your preferred catchment within 30 days of signup).

4. Informational, not financial advice

Casa Daily is an informational tool. Nothing in our briefs, AI analysis, DA Pathway previews, or any generated reports constitutes financial, legal, planning, or investment advice. Casa AI is explicitly designed not to give buy/sell verdicts or predict returns. Confirm planning interpretations with a registered town planner and financial decisions with a licensed adviser before committing capital.

5. Data accuracy

We aggregate data from REA, council planning schemes, public DA registers, and our own intelligence engine. We make best efforts to keep this data current and accurate, but property listings, zoning rules, and overlays change. Always confirm the current state with the council and seller before relying on any specific figure or constraint surfaced through Casa Daily.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, redistribute, or resell Casa Daily content. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or AI usage caps. Don't use the service for any unlawful purpose or to generate misleading reports. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Casa Intelligence retains all rights to the platform, the engine, and the AI prompts and tools that power it. Listings, council data, and DA records remain the property of their original publishers / authorities. You retain the rights to anything you upload (e.g. consultant reports during the document-checker flow).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa Intelligence Pty Ltd's liability for any claim arising out of your use of Casa Daily is limited to the amount you have paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect; you can cancel before they apply if you don't agree. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are a working draft suitable for a soft launch with early subscribers. We'll formalise them with our legal counsel within the first 30 days post-launch and notify subscribers of any material changes.
